“And its chorus will resound and boost morale throughout the day”
March 28, 2011
morale is low. very low, indeed. sick for a week. work is the lamest. i had to pass up on singing because i had to be at lame job. at least the immediate future is looking brighter. well, two days off is always helpful and work is still going to be stupid, but i have music plans (hopefully) twice this week and a plan to visit friends in southern california in less than two weeks (with singing involved). so i have that to look forward to.
you know what i think are over rated in the flower department?
you know what i think is under rated?

lots of red carnations with no greenery. so pretty. they smell sweet and spicy too. i always want to bury my nose into a big bouquet of red carnations.
i was looking up pictures of yoko ono (i love her. i know this love is controversial. i don’t care. i love her.) the other day and i found a site of “rare celebrity photos” and this one of marilyn monroe kicked my ass. i had never seen it (rare…yes.) and i love it.
that is all for now.
m.
ps. i’m going to make this soon.

I am going to make that soon too!!! How pretty are those potatos?
I ate only mashed potatoes for dinner last night. whoops.
So funny too..last night before I was going to bed I was thinking about how it is constantly pointed out that Marilyn Monroe was a size 14…you know people say it to argue that “big is beautiful” this picture certainly does not help that case…look at those ribs.
i know. it’s all about how you’re proportioned. she was perfectly proportioned…and it certainly wasn’t our current size 14.
mmm…mashed potatoes. did you have gravy?
